Data Centers
Iron Vault – EDGE & Medium Sized data center Located in the heart of Delhi & Noida and being geographically closer to major corporates with meeting their tech storage & processing requirements. The edge Data Centers will be less than 2 MW.
Iron Vault Medium-Sized Data Centers falls between small-scale server rooms and larger enterprise data centers in terms of size, capacity, and capabilities. The typical Medium Sized Data Centers capacity will be less than 10 MW.
Co-Working
On Delhi-Mumbai highway Corridor Our warehouses are at Prime location on the Delhi Mumbai Highway, the most important and busiest road corridor in India, connecting the two major commercial hubs of the country. You can easily access and reach your customers and suppliers in both the north and the west regions of India, as well as the ports and airports along the route. Industries can also take advantage of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, the under-construction access-controlled expressway that will reduce the travel time between the two cities by half.
Three Hands create Investment Grade Commercial Assets in Delhi NCR region. It acquires land, builds and leases to Blue Chip Corporations.
It is ISO 9001:2008 Certified and the ISO certification covers processes related to Design, Construction management and marketing of commercial buildings. The company was incorporated on 4th July 2012.
